Clarke and John are mourning the loss of their father who was killed while on active duty. Since his passing, the brothers' relationship has crumbled. A story about the morality of war, and how death tears families apart.

Jacob is a young actor who hopes for a fantastic career. His girlfriend Sofie is a more successful actor than he is. But Jacob believes that his time has now finally come.
He is about to play one of the bigger roles as a centaur in an upcoming film, with a famous director behind the wheel. But when Jacob arrives on the film set, he finds out that the film didn’t get the budget they had hoped for. It's a low-budget film production, and Jacob has to sit inside the lower part of the centaur costume, just to make sure the legs move correctly.
It will be a long and humiliating day for Jacob and not what he had expected!

Alex returns home for the first time since her fathers death in order to prep her family’s farm to be sold at auction. After unearthing a letter she never received, Alex is able to move through the anger she held and find peace with the memory of her father. Alex mistakenly sells an important item in the estate sale which places yet another obstacle in the path of healing. The film is a commentary on the ambiguous nature of sentimental attachment, assigned value and how sometimes in grief, symbology is needed over reality.

According to Chinese custom, every soul will pay a last visit to their beloved family on the 7th night after they passed away. This is a story about a little boy waiting for the return of his lost beloved cat MaoMao.

Minh is an ordinary man. His daily routine revolves around commuting on the subway, working, sleeping... and fulfilling his duties as a son of Vietnamese immigrants in France. Raised with humble values, Minh is nearly invisible to the French society. He faces the stereotypes and prejudice directed towards Asians, as well as the pressure from his elders who consistently demand more from him. However, appearances can be deceiving.

Horst works as Santa Claus at a mall and has been in his job for a long time. He actually likes it and loves children - and lives for them. Nevertheless, he feels burnt out and lonely, especially when it comes to Christmas Eve he gets sad and has to think a lot about his deceased wife - unfortunately he has no close relatives or family - only his goldfish Reiner. Fortunately, there are attentive people in his environment who are there for him at this low point.

He goes to see his wise Hungarian landlady, MADAME KARI who tells him he must tell Laura the truth.
